GFPS Workflow System

We are developing an international standard for clinical trials of foodstuffs – the workflow system GFPS™. By enabling high quality and effective studies, this system ultimately offers a healthier life for consumers.

GFPS™ is a web-based workflow system that enables us to monitor studies with precision. We have developed the system in order to fulfil requirements for clinical testing of foodstuffs. It is our ultimate goal to help you to obtain approval from the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) to sell your products with an active health claim. We are currently investing concerted efforts to establish GFPS™ as an international standard in the food industry.

               

As our client you obtain, for example:

  • Real time information. You can always see how studies are progressing, e.g. the recruitment process, screening, and randomization, as well as participant compliance and dropouts.
  • Quality assurance. The system contains, for example, traceability and qualification requirements that document who have done what throughout the study.
  • Life-time-management. The system saves data from various studies in the same database, which makes it possible for you to reuse earlier data in a new analysis.
  • Flexibility. GFPS™ is web-based and does not require the installation of any other software for use. Thus you can use the system wherever you are. All you need is a computer with an Internet connection. The system even allows so-called multi-centre studies where you can monitor and analyze the results both for the studies as a whole as well as for parts of the studies.
  • Accessible data. It is easy to import data from the system to the analytical and statistical programmes you normally use – all of which enable you as a project manager or statistician to work as efficiently as possible.
  • Security. We have a professional partner who is responsible for IT operations. This means that adequate measures are taken to ensure that data from your studies are always accessible and securely archived.
